**The Role**
- As a Property Lettings Assistant, you will be an essential part of our team, helping us shape unforgettable living experiences for our housemates. Your main focus will be carrying out property viewings, inspections and providing top-notch customer service. With flexible working hours of a minimum of 15 hours per week, this role is perfect for individuals seeking work-life balance and personal growth.
- Carry out property viewings, connecting with prospective housemates and showing them their dream home located in (SA1 - SA2). Be prepared, due to our rooms being in incredible high demand expect to deal with a high number of applicants and viewings.
- Conduct detailed property inspections and create thorough reports using cutting-edge app-based software. Using these reports to give feedback to our property owners with key information regarding their property, including any causes for concern or recommendations to keep their asset performing to the highest of standards.
- Respond to a high number of enquiries over a variety of platforms with enthusiasm and detail to help future housemates find their perfect room.
- Organise and oversee property upkeep while maintaining fantastic relationships with our existing housemates and preferred partners. A keen eye for detail is paramount when it comes to property maintenance
- Show off your creative side Engage our audience with captivating social media posts and expertly manage our online presence.
- You will need to be comfortable with a target-driven environment, confidently embracing challenges that come with achieving and surpassing set targets.

**Requirements**:
To thrive in this role, you'll need a minimum of 12 months sales or lettings experience; however, we're passionate about nurturing talent, we believe in empowering our team members through comprehensive training programs, allowing you to continuously develop your skills and expertise.

We're looking for individuals who are adept at building relationships and exceeding targets. We're primarily looking for individuals with exceptional time keeping skills, a can-do attitude and a genuine passion for making a difference in people's lives. Your experience will be the driving force behind our success in delivering outstanding shared accommodation solutions.

A Full UK Driving Licence will be required with your own reliable transport essential

**Competitive Pay**

We know your skills are valuable, and we reward accordingly. Your hard work and dedication will be compensated with a competitive pay ranging from £12.50 - £16.50 per hour, based on your experience and expertise.
