**Job Title**: Short Term Rental (STR) Inspector

**The Purpose of the Role**:To inspect our short-term rentals (Commonly known as AIRBNB & Holiday Lets) integrating with our team in the smooth running of the operation. Ensuring the delivery of Just Stay Wales standards, and the achievement of Just Stay Wales business objectives.

**You will be required to**:

- Complete changeover cleaning inspections for all our short
- term rentals
- Complete changeover Fire Safety Checks for all our short-term rentals
- Conduct regular Health, Safety & Security Checks
- Ensure all property equipment is maintained, used, and stored correctly to assist in the control of operating costs
**- **Maintaining adequate stock levels and controls to ensure costs are kept within budget guidelines
- Update our Property Management System during each changeover
- Dealing with Customers, and Meet & Greet Services if needed
- Continually exceeding our Guest expectations where there is an opportunity to increase Guest satisfaction

**HOURS**

Usually, 16 Hours over 4 Days per week 12:00 to 16:00 including every other Saturday or Sunday

Flexible with overtime opportunities

Field Based

Mostly lone working

0 Hour Contract, Permanent Position

**REWARD**

from £10 per hour

28 days paid holiday pro rata

1 Days Extra Holiday on the anniversary of your start date up to 5 days
