**Job Description**:
An opportunity to directly influence the success of our sales organisation In this highly visible individual contributor role, you’ll become the ‘go-to’ business partner and gain great exposure across this region.

You’ll enjoy turning highly analytical work into something extremely easy to digest and action, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, dealing with ambiguity and changing priorities.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Operational planning for sales including quota / target assignment, account assignment, territory creation, and headcount planning
- Lead a weekly, monthly and quarterly forecasting cadence for the region
- Drive a monthly pipeline review to ensure adequate quota coverage and pipeline created
- Drive business process, workflow creation and productivity improvement initiatives
- Drive data hygiene management for Sales leaders
- Own and collaborate globally on policy documents and business process
- Provide project management support for key field operations projects including:

- Fiscal Year Planning
- Global and Regional Operations Initiatives

**Qualifications**:
**Ideally You’ll Have**:

- Ability to configure data within Salesforce or Microsoft Excel to highlight trends or issues, and using data to drive decision making
- Experience building meaningful relationships with all levels of employees, from Executive level to employee base
- Ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects, to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
- Experience territory planning and and quota setting for regional sales teams
- Software/SaaS industry experience
