**SUMMARY**

Join Tute Education as our student support associate (SSA) to play a key role in our pastoral care, ensuring every student’s educational experience is supportive and nurturing. This role is pivotal in building a service that considers the comprehensive needs of our students, fostering trust, engagement, and achievement.

**KEY RESPONSBILITIES**
- Develop and implement frameworks to support student well-being and academic achievement
- Facilitate drop-in sessions and progress meetings for students
- Collaborate with various teams to integrate student feedback into programme enhancements
- Monitor student attendance and engagement
- Coordinate with schools and local authorities to secure necessary permissions

**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- Experience in mentoring or coaching students
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to foster a supportive and inclusive environment
- Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for education
