**Recruitment Consultant / Recruitment Resourcer**

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a bright, enthusiastic, and motivated 360 Recruitment Consultant / Recruitment Resourcer to join Recra’s Team based in Wigston. We are an innovative business with a fresh approach to the recruitment market.

**The Role**:

- As a Recruitment Consultant you will predominantly provide support to Recra key accounts:

- Advertising and dealing with advert response.
- They are performing general administrative duties, requesting and monitoring documentation.
- Constantly contribute and assist in the team's achievement of targets.

**Skills & Experience**:

- To be suitable for the position of Recruitment Consultant you will have a positive attitude, be able to communicate well at all levels and be interested in helping people, and have your own unique personality.
- Strong administration, telephone, and customer service skills, and experience.
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Enthusiastic team player with a drive to succeed.
- Target-driven and able to motivate other team members.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work proactively on my own initiative as well as within a close-knit team.
- Excellent communication abilities - both written and verbal.
- Excellent time management and organisational abilities.
- Be motivated by results and a job well done.

**Hours of work**:
Monday to Friday 9am-4.30pm
