£10.90/ £11.67 per hour + sleep-in allowance £40 per night

Hours

Average of 29.5 hrs per week; comprising 7 x 24 hour sleep-in shifts every four weeks, with shift allowance covering 8 hours per night. The role will require lone working.

**About you**
- keen to make a difference to people's lives by supporting and assisting those who have fallen on hard times
- Previous experience in a support or other relevant role
- Excellent communication skills and an empathetic nature
- Able to deal with the situations that occur from being homeless
- Working unsociable hours in accordance with the hostel's needs

**About the role**
- Assisting in the day to day intensive housing management of HMO accommodation
- The post holder will be responsible for the day to day operation of the units - housing, access, mediation, administration, monitoring, daily report writing, meal preparation
- Participation in staff development & training and support the overall ethos of the Trust
