**Must be able to drive and have access to a vehicle due to location of the business**
My client, a successful small business based in Brentwood is seeking an Administrator to join their business on a permanent basis due to growth.
Duties will include, but will not be limited to:
- Researching suppliers and gaining lead information
- Processing orders
- Sending order acknowledgements to customers
- Chasing and keeping track of orders, updating customers when required
- Attending trade shows when required
- Picking and packing orders - this may involve some heavy lifting
- Chasing invoices
- Logging and filing invoices
- Preparing for annual audits
- Making sales calls to help generate additional business
- Must have an excellent work ethic with a can-do attitude
- Must be confident to speak to people of all levels on the phone
- Must have initiative and be forward-thinking
