As an Outbound Customer Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in connecting with existing and potential customers, addressing their needs, and promoting our services. **Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to customers to provide product/service information, offer assistance, and answer questions.
- Promote products/services, understand customer needs, and provide tailored recommendations.
- Achieve set sales, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and product knowledge.
- Follow up on previous customer interactions to ensure ongoing satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate with team members to meet overall company goals and share best practices.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience** in customer service, telemarketing, sales, or a similar outbound role is preferred.
- **Excellent Communication Skills** with a confident phone manner and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- **Goal-Oriented**: Motivated to meet or exceed targets.
- **Problem-Solving Abilities** to handle customer questions and objections effectively.
- **Team Player** who thrives in a supportive, collaborative work environment.

Pay: From £24,233.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Glasgow, G41 2SP: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
