Click That Property has an opportunity for an Experienced Sales / Lettings Negotiator to join our team in our Luton town centre office.

**PLEASE NOTE: MINIMUM 1 YEARS ESTATE AGENCY / PROPERTY**INDUSTRY **EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.**

**Duties to include**:

- Advertise properties for rent on our website, portals like Zoopla
- Conduct property viewings.
- Build relationships with landlords, vendors and tenants
- Negotiate and close sales or rental agreements
- Stay updated on market trends and property values
- Collaborate with colleagues to meet sales targets
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities
- Generate new landlords/properties to help with our portfolio growth plans.
- Negotiating with contractors.
- Provide landlords with professional advice in relation to ensuring their properties are compliant and in good repair.

**Requirements**:

- Lettings / Estate Agency experience.
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple clients and properties
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the local property market
- Proven sales and customer service experience
- Leadership skills.
- Negotiation and influencing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work under pressure in a calm manner.
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
- Ambitious and a real desire to succeed in the property industry.
- Some weekend availability required.
- Full Driving Licence essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
