**Role Description**

Working alongside the Marketing Manager you will play a key role in the research, planning, and delivery of strategic B2B marketing campaigns across a diverse range of businesses (known as Business Units) and brands, all part of Encocam Ltd. You will have a flair for digital marketing and content creation and will enjoy working in a varied and fast paced environment where priorities can change quickly, according to business needs.

This role will require you to co-ordinate our presence and sponsorship of several global conferences and exhibitions, some of which may run concurrently. There is no current requirement for international travel for these events.

**Key responsibilities and tasks**
- Support the Marketing Manager in the development of Marketing Strategies and the implementation, review and measurement of Marketing Plans for all Business Units, Brands, and other key projects.
- Champion the development and use of Encocam’s CRM system and ensure that the quality of data is maintained and utilised effectively.
- Create optimised content for websites and social media, content for internal communications, presentations, news releases, brochures, datasheets, product manuals, and technical bulletins. Ensure that all content is peer-reviewed within the team before it is sent out for final approval.
- Creation of creative briefs, proof
- reading, and management of the approval process.
- Work closely with our Graphic Designer to develop clear and concise support material for our products and services to enable each business unit team to effectively engage audiences and maximise opportunities to increase sales and brand awareness.
- Photography and video production of products, people, places, and events.
- Marketing Metrics - report on a range of specific metrics depending on project scope and strategy to show the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Maintain marketing budgets and purchase orders on a project-by-project basis.
- Contribute to monthly management meetings by creating eye-catching presentations of team activity across the previous month, with results.
- Event management, including conferences, exhibitions, careers fairs, site visits, and social events.
- CRM - support in the development and improvement of the customer journey.
- Help to ensure that all internal and external literature is within brand tone of voice.
- Offer guidance and support to other team members, particularly our Degree Apprentice, helping them to understand marketing procedures and practises.

- Co-operate fully with the company regarding all H&S matters and be aware of the importance of complying with H&S Policy (P-HS17175) to ensure a safe workplace and maintain the integrity of the environment.
