- **About the role**_

We are looking for an organized and well-established administrator to assist the Managing director and Head of Finance. This is a varied role, to work in a small, friendly but very busy office environment, that requires a self-motivated, and flexible approach to our business requirements on the following tasks:

- Processing customer orders and generating invoices
- Assist with answering the telephone and taking messages
- Maintain accurate records
- Organising daily transport operations
- Provide support to the managing director
- Completing routine administrative tasks through out the day
- Credit control
- Experience in Microsoft Office
- Computer literate
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work independently

**Job Type**: Part/Full time

Due to the location you must be able to drive

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 32 per week

**Salary**: £11.00-£12.00 per hour
