**Introduction**
As Enforcement Administrator you will be responsible for monitoring and managing all aspects and processes of enforcement agent administration. You will be responsible for reviewing cases and contacting agents on a regular basis to discuss issues and performance. A key part of your role will be to identify issues and improvements and relay these to senior management.
**Core Duties & Responsibilities**
- Review agent holdings and oversee the chasing of overdue jobs.
- Reviewing jobs for allocation and reallocation and determining which agents to instruct
- Reviewing upcoming allocations and identifying resource requirements
- Monitoring the Enforcement mailbox.
- Coordinating the on-boarding of new agents and ensuring that paperwork, ID cards and welcome packs are sent.
- Running management information reports, identifying performing and under performing agents and reporting to senior management.
- Making regular calls to enforcement agents in order to identify any issues.
- Performing spot checks on cases and paperwork to ensure the at the enforcement agents are working in accordance with our policies.
- Producing communications where required to update enforcement agents of process changes or news.
- Being the first point of contact and providing daily support to the enforcement agents.
- Updating and version controlling process documents when required.
**Salary**: £21,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
