Over the course of the last 27 years, we’ve built a highly successful, market-leading telephone answering service with a reputation for quality, reliability, and customer service.

We answer calls for over 7000 UK Clients 24 hours a day, every day of the year.

We are currently expanding our operation and can offer the following full time shifts in our fast paced and friendly environment.
- 8 am to 5 pm
- 9 am to 6 pm
- 11 am to 8 pm
- 2 pm to 11 pm

All of these shifts will involve working five days a week with one of those days being either Saturday or Sunday.

The annual salary is £24,960.

The first three months will be based at our newly refurbished Head Office in Ferndown.After that period, there will be an opportunity to adopt a hybrid style of working allowing successful applicants to be able to work from home.

As a Call Centre Agent, you will need an excellent telephone manner along with an ability to control conversations and create accurate and well spelt messages.
