Key Responsibilities:

- Leadership and Facilitation:

- Lead Organizational Release Trains and perform the role of Release Train Engineer (RTE).
- Facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning and Scrum ceremonies ensuring full team engagement.
- Act as a change agent to improve agile practices and deliver quality product increments.
- **Coaching and Training**:

- Coach and mentor teams and the organization to achieve higher levels of agile maturity.
- Establish an Agile Center of Excellence (COE) to promote best practices.
- Train and coach all Scrum team members, clarifying roles and responsibilities, and offering motivation and support.
- **Process and Practice Implementation**:

- Support the implementation of Scrum ceremonies and ensure active participation.
- Assist Product Owners in creating a vision for the product.
- Identify key individuals to contribute to the execution of new processes and practices.
- Facilitate efforts of multiple teams to maximize product delivery and value.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Assess team and organizational maturity levels and coach towards improvement.
- Identify impediments and organize coaching sessions at both team and organizational levels.
- Engage the leadership team in agile adoption.

### Required Skills and Experience:

- **Certifications**: SAFe Agile Certified Professional
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 3 years as a SAFe Agile Coach.
- Proven experience in distributed Agile environments.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Strong configuration knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
- Understanding of TDD, BDD, and DevOps practices.
- **Methodologies**: Deep understanding of major agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP).
- **Soft Skills**:

- Excellent process knowledge, methodologies, and people skills.
- Ability to influence teams and create a productive working environment.
- Establish constructive relationships with Product Owners, Development Teams, Stakeholders, and Sponsors.
