As a Resource Officer in the Eastbourne Joint Community Rehabilitation Service (JCR), you will be undertaking assessments of people to determine their care and support needs under the Care Act, supporting with timely discharges from the service.
You will be working in partnership with other organisations as part of a multi disciplinary integrated service.
- are able to communicate effectively with a range of people in a clear, concise, and accurate manner, changing messages to suit different audiences.
- are able to work collaboratively as a member of a team and be able to develop professional relationships across teams and services to achieve shared aims.
- are able to demonstrate resilience, an example of which could be responding to a difficult situation.

Interviews will take place in person at Firwood House, Brassey Avenue, Hampden Park, week commencing 8th September 2025.
