They are looking for a HR Advisor to join their small HR team and the role would suit someone with advisory experience or at Officer/Coordinator level looking for a step up.

As HR Advisor you will provide operational HR advice and guidance through the employee life cycle, with a primary focus on employee relations, management, engagement, recruitment related activity and performance improvement and data analysis to inform opportunitiesfor more efficient ways of working.

They require HR experience, a strong understanding of employment law and HR processes, with the confidence and knowledge to advise on a variety of HR issues.
