**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Quality Control**:

- Inspect finished clothing items for defects, inconsistencies, and quality issues.
- Ensure all products meet CliffSide London’s quality standards before packaging and distribution.
- Document and report any quality issues to the supervisor.
- **Printing Operations**:

- Ensure accurate placement and quality of prints on various types of clothing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with the printing process or equipment.
- **Production Support**:

- Assist in the preparation of garments for printing, including cutting, folding, and organizing.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety and operational guidelines.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor inventory levels of printing supplies, such as ink and transfer paper.
- Assist in ordering and restocking materials as needed.
- Keep accurate records of materials used and products produced.
- **Additional Duties**:

- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
- Provide input on ways to improve production processes and product quality.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or production manager.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred.
- Familiarity with garment printing techniques and equipment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £11.00-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 100 per week
