Monday to Friday 9:30am to 5:30pm or 10:30am to 6:30pm plus one Saturday per month (four hours)**
A legal service provider in North Liverpool are currently seeking a Sales & Service Advisor to join their growing team. The company provide claims services to customers all over the UK; day to day you will be following up online enquires and turning into salesleads. On offer is a basic salary of £23,000 plus bonus (up to £1,000). You will be working mostly Monday to Friday with one Saturday a month for four hours.
While this is a sales based role there is no cold calling involved.
**The duties of a Sales & Service Advisor are**:

- Calling customers who have responded online for further information on claims
- Assessing the nature of the claims against the vetting criteria
- Taking down full claims details and discussing the customers options
- Advising customers of the services on offer
- Provide a fully transparent service
- Responding to inbound calls - general enquiries and call backs
- Submitting the complete claims to the business' legal partners for processing
- You must have telephone experience - this is essential
- Ideally you will come through a telesales background though those with retentions and inbound sales experience will be seriously considered
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be competent on Microsoft office
