Cleary & Co Solicitors is a fast growing and dynamic law firm that provides valuable services to clients. We specialise in Clinical Negligence, and resolving housing disrepair disputes between Tenants and Landlords.
Due to continuing expansion and strong growth we require a Legal Sales and Service Advisor to join our growing organisation. You will be dealing with inbound and outbound telephone calls with members of the public in response to online advertising campaigns and other sources of marketing.

**The Job Role**
As a Legal Sales & Service Advisor your primary role will be to manage new customer enquiries submitted through our websites or social media presence in response to online advertising. A key aspect of the role of a Legal Sales & Service Advisor is to maximise the number of new enquiries that are submitted by potential clients and manage their customer journey and ensure they have the relevant information to be able to sign up to the services of Cleary & Co.
You will be able to manage enquiries effectively to ensure maximum contact rates are achieved and sales techniques are fully utilised to maximise conversions.
The role is targeted and requires individuals to not only hit but excel targets.
The role will require you to assess new enquiries against a set of vetting criteria to ensure quality enquiries are distributed to the fee earners.
There will also be opportunity to be involved in legal work by assisting fee earners with ongoing cases. Such tasks will include organising and paginating medical records, preparing chronologies, and conducting appropriate research into potential Clinical Negligence and housing disrepair cases to help assess their viability.

You must be confident in dealing with potential clients and guiding them through the legal process (full training will be provided).
You must have experience of dealing with customers over the telephone and have a professional and pleasant manner at all times.
**Required Experience**:
- At least 1 year + of Sales/Customer Service telephone experience
- Experience of dealing with members of the public
- Experience of working autonomously and in a team
- Experience of using office telephone systems and case management systems
- Familiar with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
**Desirable Experience**:
- Track record of hitting or exceeding KPIs and targets
- Proven record of exceeding standard customer service levels
- Experience of digital marketing and/or social media management
- Experience of Clinical Negligence or Housing Disrepair Disputes
- Experience of dealing with members of the public regarding sensitive or personal information
**Salary**: £18,500.00-£21,000.00 per year
