Maxearn Ltd is a parallel import company; Quadrant Pharmaceuticals Limited is a licensing company; Eaststone Ltd is a Specials manufacturing company.

**Brief Role Description**:
Dispatch is a department within Eaststone Limited which receives finished products from the production laboratory, receives orders that are third party/stock, and ensures that all items are correctly dispatched by the end of the working day.

Will have the oversight for receiving, booking in & storing raw materials & finished goods in our warehouse & movement of these goods within the business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Processing of 3rd party orders which are sent into dispatch from the office.
- Match up manufactured products from production with appropriate paperwork before being sent to final checking.
- Produce or check address labels for items to be sent, & checking that double orders are sent in a single box.
- Gather all required documentation before being packed.
- Working to deadlines and ensuring all items are correctly packed, checked, and ready to be sent with the courier for delivery next day.
- Carrying out Third Party Product Pack-Downs
- Assist with end of month stock take.
- Assist with stock rotation.
- Any additional Adhoc duties on behalf of Dispatch Lead -to be completed as and when required.
- Assist with packing of goods.
- Take receipt of incoming goods, book-in & safely stored.
- Maintain a clean warehouse and make sure all items are labeled properly.

- GCSE's or Equivalent

- IT Literate - use of Microsoft Package
