- Conduct audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement in patient care processes
- Analyze data and generate reports to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality improvement efforts
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote patient safety and prevent adverse events
- Provide education and training to staff on quality improvement strategies and patient safety protocols
- Participate in interdisciplinary meetings to discuss patient care outcomes and develop action plans for improvement
- Serve as a resource for staff regarding quality improvement standards, guidelines, and best practices
- Stay up-to-date with current trends and advancements in quality improvement and patient safety practices

- To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

- Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Proven experience in quality improvement initiatives within a healthcare setting
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data
- Excellent clerical skills, including accurate documentation and record keeping
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Knowledge of computerized systems for managing patient information
- Strong administrative and organizational skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £26,535.25-£64,038.11 per year

Expected hours: 25 per week
