**Job Title**:Sales Advisor (Apprentice)

**Job Purpose**:
Provides first-class sales/customer service by answering any questions the customer might have about our Insurance products.

Acts as a liaison between customer and insurer, expertly advising and selling product(s) to customers that meet their demands and needs.

- **Responsibilities**_

1. Demonstrates advanced sales and products knowledge

2. Ensuring all calls are dealt with in line with Service Level Agreements

3. Provides quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer enquiries, and effectively identifying customer complaints

4. Participates in team meetings to ensure adherence to best practices and continuing expectations

5. Ensures company brand materials and physical working spaces meet and exceed company presentation standards

6. Preparation for one-to-one reviews

7. Follows up with any clients to make sure that they are satisfied with product

8. Understands how to make products appeal to consumers based on the environment and current trends

9. Assists other sales consultants how to make sales to potential consumers

10. Always looks for new ways to make products attractive to customers

11. Building long term relationships with new and existing customers

12. Paying attention to competitors and their activities within the industry

13. Working closely with other departments and finding opportunities to cross sell

14. Adhering to Company Policies and Procedures ensuring compliance and competence

15. Adhere and support to any requirements in relation to audit requests

16. Develops and adheres to own personal objectives and targets within agreed timescales

17. Undertake additional tasks as directed by Management and/or senior staff

18. The job holder must accept and partake in priority training necessary to ensure they have full awareness of FCA rules in relation to the Sales and Service process.

Detailed responsibilities vary depending on activities within the business. Specific objectives and tasks will be delegated and controlled by your manager. Job holders may be required to perform duties outside the scope of this job description as requested by the Company.
