**Instructional Designer Online & Hybrid Higher Education**
**Location**: Hybrid between home and commutable distance to **St Albans** or **Brighton** | **Salary**:£45,000

At **Higher Ed Partners (HEP)**, we partner with UK universities to deliver** high-quality online programmes** that inspire and engage learners. Were looking for an **Instructional Designer** with a passion for creating innovative, compelling online courses and supporting faculty to deliver the best possible learning experiences.

**What youll do**:

- Lead the design, development, and enhancement of online modules across multiple university partners

- Provide expert guidance to faculty and instructional design teams on content creation, technology, and pedagogical best practices

- Develop and deliver workshops, training resources, and templates for online faculty

- Champion evidence-based instructional design to ensure engaging, high-quality learning experiences

- Collaborate with internal and external teams to continuously improve processes and programme delivery

**Youll also**:
**✨ Empower faculty and design teams to make the most of learning technology in online delivery.**
**✨ Curate and improve HEPs White Label Content Library to ensure consistently high-quality resources.**:
**What Were Looking For**:

- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and educational technologies

- Recognition or accreditation (HEA, SEDA, ALT) desirable

- Strong digital literacy, including MS Office, multimedia tools, and Generative AI

- Knowledge of**UK higher education standards, credit frameworks, and accessibility

**Plus, youll bring**:

✨ **Confident communication** skills, both synchronously and asynchronously
✨ **Passion** for creating high-quality, engaging learning experiences
