We’re looking for a confident and creative Instructional Designer to help us craft innovative, evidence-based learning experiences that deliver real impact. Who are we? As an Instructional Designer, you’ll play a key role in helping organisations achieve measurable outcomes through designing outstanding digital learning experiences. What will you do? Our Instructional Designers focus on creating impactful learning experiences that meet both learner and business needs. You will: Partner with clients to deeply understand their learning needs Design and storyboard digital learning experiences that are tailored to our clients desired outcomes Collaborate with graphic designers, visual designers, and developers to ensure the content delivered is built to achieve the right learning needs of the client Present ideas passionately and clearly to secure client buy‑in Ensure all content has inclusivity and accessibility embedded at its heart Who are we looking for? You’re a confident communicator and creative thinker with a strong foundation in instructional design. You know how to turn complex ideas into clear, engaging learning experiences. You will have: Proven experience in instructional design, ideally across both digital and blended formats Strong storytelling skills to present ideas clearly to clients and stakeholders The ability to analyse client needs and propose resonant learning solutions Expertise in Articulate Storyline and Rise 360 A passion for learning innovation and continuous development What’s in it for you?
