Driver / Valet & Doorman Positions - Central London - £28,000 + excellent benefits, chance of tips - 42 hours per week
The Opportunity
A new and prime exclusive addresses in London with facilities to rival the top 5* hotels are looking for a Front Door and Valet team to provide a seamless 5* Hotel Style service to all residents and visitors. The doorman and valet team will provide the firstpoint of contact for all residents and guests arriving to the development.
To be considered for these roles you must have a clean driving license and be over 30 (this is for insurance purposes)
Some of the duties will include:

- Providing a efficient and customer-service driven valet service to all residents within the development
- Stay informed on daily movements of residents in an out of the building to be prepared for assisting with the valet service promptly as needed
- Assist the concierge team in answering general enquiries
- Welcome all guests to the building ensuring a hospitable and professional attitude at all times
- Working alongside security and concierge team to ensure a safe and secure building with access controls in place at all times
- Assisting with bags, luggage and directions and arranging taxis and transport as required
- Ensuring clear communications between residents and team and that any requests are actioned swiftly
- Stay informed on daily movements of residents in an out of the building to be prepared for assisting with the valet service promptly as needed
- Assist the concierge team in answering general enquiries
