Health Club Receptionist

We currently have vacany for a receptionist in our health club at Miskin Manor Hotel. we are a 4-star hotel situated within the heart of Miskin. The Job role Includes working Weekends, Health Club opening hours are between 6am-8pm, so shifts will alternate between these hours and for the needs of the business.
Job Purpose:
Record bookings and reservations, chasing up membership details, payments etc are up to date and on records.
Greeting and welcoming guests - taking all necessary details and precautions that are in place ( including pool temperature checks)
Administartive duties.
Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness of health club facilities and communal areas.
Dealing with complaints.
Must be able to work as part of a enthusiastic and team-orientated environment.

Friendly and approachable attitude
Good work ethic
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in all Microsoft Office.
Informatic-literate and Ability to solve problems.
