**About the role**:
We are looking for a dynamic, team orientated and dedicated Administrative Assistant who is happy to work from our office located at DL10 5HX. The role will be offered on a permanent basis and hours will be Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm.

Responsibilities will include:

- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Medical Information (MI) Enquiry Handling teams and Senior Management in an accurate and efficient manner.
- Having a solid working knowledge of, and complying with, the Standard Operating Procedures
- Working in a professional manner at all times, with clients, customers, team members and management.
- Ensuring the Confidentiality Statement within the Contract of Employment is always adhered to in respect of the data and property of ProPharma, its clients and employees of the business.
- Maintaining data and record systems
- Generating reports
- Updating documentation
- Answering the main phone line
- Data entry
- General administrative duties as delegated by the Manager.

**Who you are**:

- Have a good level of English and Maths to fulfil the role.
- Have completed courses in office administration and have sound related experience, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Have the ability to work collaboratively and handle frequent interruptions and changing priorities in a high-volume environment.
- Have considerable knowledge of modern office practices and procedures.
- Have excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Have intermediate to advanced skills with virtual meeting software (zoom, teams etc.).
- Be organized and have effective problem management skills.
- Love working in a fast-paced environment
