**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Undertake audits for process, practice and equipment used in the Bakery**:

- **Review the quality of all SKU’s across the products range**:

- **Undertake taste panels on all product types (All Meat, Seafood and Dairy)**:

- **Collect samples for microbiological testing**:

- **Conduct calibration checks on key measuring equipment**:

- **Completion of records and shift reports (Paper and IT)**
- **Day Shifts - Friday to tuesday or Wednesday to Sunday **(£487.88 p/w)**:

- **Night Shifts -Wednesday to Sunday or Thursday to Monday **(£569.18 p/w)**:

- **Full-time only**:

- **Up, up and away**
