Create & Develop Resourcing are working with this long standing, premium fashion business in the search for an Assistant Merchandiser for their Head Office Wholesale Team, a logical problem solver who is well versed in critical path management and supplier liaison.

In this highly rewarding and challenging role, your duties will include;-- Critical path management, with a focus on avoiding stock delays and improving efficiency, ensuring key dates are achieved
- Monitoring offshore production working to key critical path dates
- Managing timelines during business peaks and production
- Progress chasing orders to ensure timely deliveries
- Weekly replenishments, balancing availability of customer warehousing constraints
- Working closely with buyers, keeping them updated
- Monitoring stock and sales to ensure smooth flow of stock
Key skill requirements for the role;-- Experience in an online FMCG, retail / brand head office or stock based business (ideally clothing related)
- Excellent numeracy, strategic and analytical ability
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Experience gained in an MA or MAA role for either retail or wholesale
