**£23,000 - £26,000 per annum (depending on experience)**

**Hybrid working offered after probation and training**

An exciting opportunity has become available for a **Pensions Administrator** to join a large financial services organisation to support a new client win and the provision of a pension service to thousands of employees across the UK.

This role is initially office based, however hybrid working can be offered once the probationary period is passed and the hours of work are full-time, between the hours of 8am - 6pm, Monday to Friday.

Duties include:

- To provide an administration service to customers ensuring accuracy in all correspondence and data input into the system
- To complete / check casework and provide feedback
- To resolve customer enquiries (in conversation and written)
- Draft non-standard correspondence in response to customer enquiries
- Collate and analyse data and produce routine reports
- Perform calculations including manual calculations and relay the figure work to the customer
- To carry out project and ad-hoc activities as determined by your Team Leader
