**Your Role with Us**
- Oversee the entire property onboarding process, including coordinating property photography and Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) assessments, assisting in arranging floor plans, updating property listings, and ensuring all necessary documentation and client contracts are issued and processed efficiently.
- Conduct compliance-related tasks, including Money Laundering Identification (MLID) checks, to maintain adherence to regulatory standards.
- Contribute to the creation of Marketing Reports, offering insights into property performance and market trends.
- Manage communications and relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring services are delivered on time.
- Maintain accurate records and data in our internal systems, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accessible.
- Perform general administrative duties as required to support the team.

- Proven office experience, with a focus on coordination and process management, preferably in the property or related sector.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
