We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Advisor where no two days are the same, you will have the responsibility to manage your own portfolio of clients. Providing confidential, accurate and efficient administration support to Human Resources and the Healthand Safety teams. Ensuring that client deadlines are met along with specific task deadlines as determined by the Consultants. Key duties will include:
- Producing Contracts and Offer letters including mail merges for contracts of employment.
- Updating and producing Company Handbooks.
- To proof-read, check and approve final drafts of clients company Handbooks and employment contracts.
- To assist with taking minutes for the HR Consultants at employee relations meetings.
- Responding to client requests for HR Administration.

**what were looking for.**
To exceed as a HR Advisor, you will need to be approachable, proactive, flexible, and well organised. Having sound knowledge of employment law and employee relations. CIPD level 3- 5 is required. MS proficient and have excellent communication skills to be assertiveyet have the ability to handle sensitive data in a confidential manner. Although you will be the front face of the company needing to always project a professional image, you will have the support of the team working with you.
