**HR Advisor**

**We’re recruiting for an HR Advisor to work within the People Team, to provide a comprehensive advisory service in line with the organisations Service Level Agreement (SLA) to all managers and employees, whilst ensuring that the organisation follows best practice in the management of its staff in line with employment law.**

As someone who prioritises our people and the quality of the services we provide, we are looking for an individual who will act as a role model and promote the organisations vision and values at all times to support the culture, direction, and performance of the organisation.

**Purpose of the HR Advisor**
- To support, guide and coach Operations and Service managers with all HR/ER related queries in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures and they are applied fairly and consistently across the organisation within the parameters of employment law.
- Develop, update and implement HR Policies and Procedures ensuring legal compliance and best practice.
- Maintain visibility in the business, ensuring that service visits are completed for focus services visits as and when necessary.
- These duties are not exhaustive, and a full Role Profile is available on request._

The HR Advisor will:

- Hold a minimum Level 5 CIPD recognised qualification
- Have an up-to-date and comprehensive knowledge of HR practice, concepts and themes including employment law and employee relations issues.
- Have excellent communication skills - verbal and written - able to compose clear reports, correspondence and other documentation.
- Be able to prioritise workload and work to deadlines
- Be willing and able to travel and visit services 1-2 days per week
- Have strong organisational skills and attention to detail

We’re looking for the following experience:

- Substantial experience of providing HR advice and support within a HR function
- Experience of HR administration
- Experience of advising managers on Employee Relations issues
- Experience of developing and implementing HR policies
