**Your role as Senior Building Attendant**

We are looking for experienced and customer focused Senior Building Attendant to join our team at University Park. Main duties will include inspecting the infrastructure of the buildings, reporting maintenance issues and setting up meeting rooms ensuring adequate supplies of consumables are available for teaching and conferences. You will also and lock and unlock designated areas of the building issuing and receiving keys from staff and contractors ensuring relevant policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.

Hours of work are 36.25 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7 to be arranged, mainly Monday to Friday between 06.00am - 14.15pm.
