**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated multi purpose cleaner to join our team must be safety conscious, ladder confident and good with heights, who also does not mind to work alone

**Duties**
- Perform general cleaning tasks including window cleaning, facias & gutters, roofline cleans & carpet cleaning to which full training will be given.
- Dispose of waste in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Organise cleaning supplies and equipment efficiently.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and procedures to maintain consistency in service delivery.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in these roles is preferred but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may require lifting or moving items.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new cleaning techniques or methods.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £12.20 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 35 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
