Campaign Marketing Specialist

**About the Role**

This is a transformative year for our Newcastle Intermediaries subsidiary. To support our amazing growth we are recruiting for a new Marketing Campaign Specialist (Intermediaries) role to work as part of our Marketing Communications team at Newcastle Building Society.

Reporting to the Mortgages and Intermediaries Marketing Manager, the Marketing Campaign Specialist will be responsible for the successful execution of the marketing plan for Intermediaries. This will include launching and delivering innovative and exciting campaigns, propositions and content to support targets and achieve commercial goals.

You’ll use insights and data to support the design, project management and execution of campaigns to acquire, retain and engage Intermediaries. The role will work closely with all areas of Marketing as well as the Intermediary business development team, product development, mortgage operations and our creative agencies.

**About You**

You will be customer focused and comfortable using insight to drive tactics, performance and optimise return on investment. The ability to multi-task and collaborate effectively is also important.
