**The Role**

The QA lead will report directly to the VP of Technology and will be responsible for:

- Defining QA processes and procedures including manual and automated testing
- Defining and documenting a robust SDLC
- Developing metrics for reporting on product quality levels
- Lead on-shore and off-shore QA resources
- Helping with other certification and compliance activity (such as ISO 9000)

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Development
- Improve and lead QA services
- Hands-on with technologies such as C#, JSON, Microsoft Azure, IoT, Web API and Oracle
- Help drive future improvements

**REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS**
- Experience in introducing and overseeing QA processes for SaaS platforms and/or modern SDLC

**DESIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS**
- Experience in QA leadership
- C#
- SaaS Development Experience
- Restful API
- IoT
- Application Integration
- Database experience (either Oracle or MSSQL preferred)
- JSON
- Azure web apps
- Azure AD
