**Talent Acquisition Specialist**
- Location: Gloucestershire (1 or 2 days per week office based)
- Remuneration: up to £45,000 + excellent benefits package including bonus

Working for one of the UK's leading professional services providers we have a fantastic permanent opportunity for an ambitious and confident Talent Acquisition Specialist to join an established in-house talent acquisition function. This is a hybrid workingrole with 1 or 2 days per week required in the company headquarters based in Gloucestershire.

The main purpose of the role is to support the Recruitment team across the entire end to end recruitment life cycle including:

- Engaging with third party agencies.
- Arrange interviews and coordinate the onboarding process.
- Support the deliver of ad-hoc recruitment events and campaigns.
- We are looking for an engaging and organised individual with experience of the end to end recruitment life cycle gained either in-house or agency._

Required Knowledge and Skills:

- Exposure of in-house or agency recruitment.
- Strong organisation skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proactive and organised approach with the ability to deliver against deadlines.
