**About the role**
Balfour Beatty Vinci has an exciting opportunity for a Training Coordinator to join our team to work in Birmingham.

**Role Purpose**:
To provide a range of specialist and general administrative duties to the Training Team.

**What you'll be doing**

Undertake a full range of administrative duties to ensure an efficient service is delivered to allocated team

Be fully conversant in MS Office to produce a range of spreadsheets, documents and presentations, as required

Undertake multi diary management and plan schedules in diaries to optimise the working time of allocated team

Arrange and attend team meetings/conferences as required, to take minutes, and ensure appropriate facilities are organised

Prepare and track personal expenses and other ancillary expenditure

Maintain accurate and secure paper based/electronic filing systems, including archiving

Maintain full confidentiality of sensitive business issues

Book travel and accommodation arrangements

Support the work of other Administrators during periods of absence or unexpected high volumes of work activity

Update competency records of employees, monitoring expiry dates, sending reminders and training invitations to staff.

**Who we're looking for**

Administrative experience, ideally with a training environment

Highly organised and able to work on own initiative

Excellent team working skills, and able to build relationships at all levels

Ability to work well under pressure and to tight timescales

Very strong customer focus

Excellent typing speed and IT Skills including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

Good spoken and written communication, ability to keep all relevant parties informed

Friendly and professional attitude and appearance
