**The Role**
- As part of the Supply chain team, you will oversee and manage all quality issues on site in tandem with the 3PL.
- Ensuring food products always meet the quality specifications and standards.
- Take initiative through driving efficiencies and monitoring quality processes of warehouses/stores.
- Organise audits, manage product complaints, complete customer reports.
- Manage the product recall process, 3PL QA checks and compliance and follow up with corrective action.
- Continuously work to develop and improve the quality system.
- Provide food safety training and coaching to employees to increase awareness and knowledge regarding food safety, legal and quality risks.
- Enhance quality and sustainability issues.
- Report and analyse KPI's.
- Food science degree or equivalent.
- FIFST qualified & demonstrated knowledge of HACCP.
- Minimum 5 years' experience within food safety & quality, preferably with UK retailers and food services.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organisational and analytical skills.
- Experienced in providing excellent customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills across a variety of stakeholders.
- A natural leader and passionate about quality, able to be a beacon for the values of the company.

**Remuneration**£35,000 - £40,000 + Benefits
