**Junior Commercial Analyst**
**Full Time -**Permanent Position
**Based: **Coventry (hybrid working available)
**Salary: **£26,802 - £31,532 depending on experience

**What you'll do**:
- Provide support to the team
- Analyse data efficiently and accurately within agreed process, procedure and timescales
- Committed to accurately record, maintain and distribute relevant necessary data
- Broad knowledge of Cadent’s Core Policies and Procedures that impact the way we operate
- Possess extensive knowledge of the way the organisation works
- Actively demonstrate and promote the Cadent Values, and positively contribute to a customer oriented approach
- Use knowledge of data modelling practices to assist in analysing findings
- Be inquisitive with an interest in developing existing skill set and learning new skills
- Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrate an inclusive work ethic
**Functional Accountabilities**:
- Accountable for the extensive administrative and project support for the Service Operations Contract & Licensing team (including support with the awarding of contracts and the subsequent contract management activities).
- Supports fulfilment of customer requests for IT services and products for users across Cadent as well as maintaining availability of the IT offering and its commercial viability
**Specialist Accountabilities**:
Accountable for administration to support commercial and licensing activities.
Support with preparing letters, reports and presentations, collating reports for meetings, filing& archiving documents (both paper and electronic), updating electronic databases, raising shopping carts and processing receipts
**Qualifications & Experience**:
**Essential**:
- Educated to BTEC / NVQ 3 or relevant experience
- Good understanding of contract management principles, contract frameworks, sourcing and category management.
- Experience dealing with vendors, analysing and presenting data to inform contract activities.
- Evidence of team working and organisation skills.
**Desirable**:
- Business/technical knowledge gained from experience
- A member of a relevant professional bodyand a relevant qualification e.g. MCIPS and IACCM
