Next Stage ‘Youth Development’ Ltd is a provider of quality support for vulnerable young people via the provision of bespoke, person-centred, semi-independent living services. The people we support have varying needs and complex behaviours and our aim is to provide them with the opportunities needed to acquire the necessary life skills to live independently. The role of a Team Leader is pivotal to the success of the organisation and requires a person who has prior **experience** in supported living services, has a strong **knowledge** of the care sector, relevant legislation and guidance, and robust **leadership** skills to support both the staff and the people we serve to drive the ongoing development of their service.
- Supervising staff and completing appraisals
- Compiling Rotas
- Managing sickness and budgets
- Facilitating Team Meetings
- Completing Internal Audits
- Recruitment
- Managing the training needs of your team
- Supporting Senior Management with assessments for new business.

You will complete our mandatory Management Training once appointed and we also provide a range of training and workshops for staff to engage in continued professional development, offering opportunities to progress within our organisation and develop your career within the profession.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,500.00-£23,500.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
