**Support Worker Required Chatteris, PE16**
**Up to £14 per hour depending on experience**

About Me
I am a 39-year-old female with Multiple Sclerosis and Fibromyalgia. I have 2 young children (5, 2) I require support with personal care and assistance, support with my children, cooking and some domestic chores including supporting me to go to the local supermarket, taking the children to school and accessing the community.

Hours & Pay Rate

Main Duties
Monday to Friday 1 ½ hours each morning 7.30- 9 am à To support myself and my children up out of bed, support them with getting showered/washed/dressed, help with breakfast, support taking one child to school. Support with basic housework/ laundry tasks Monday - Friday 1 ½ hours each afternoon 3-4.30pm à Support to pick up one child from school, prepare an evening meal, support myself and the children to get ready for bed and ensure everything is ready for school for the next day. Saturday morning - 1 ½ hours flexible à To support myself and my children with our morning routine, and prepare a healthy meal for the evening. Sunday evening - 1 ½ hours flexible à To support myself and my children with our evening routine, ensure that they have washed their hair, showered, ready for bed, ensure school uniform is ready for the next day, and everything is together for the next morning. Prepare an evening meal. Also 2 hours per week to support me to go to the local supermarket,

Person Specification
Someone who has the skills to give me support with my home on a day-to-day basis and who can support me with my family life. Sensitivity to and understanding of people, you will be patient and have the ability to remain calm in all situations. You should have a genuine interest in the provision of high-quality care, be able to work flexible hours, be a good communicator and possess the motivation to develop trust and understanding within the role. Be hard working, reliable, committed, honest and trustworthy with a good sense of humour.
