Recrucial Staffing are looking for a **music loving** support workers to join their team to support a very interesting young man in the Chatteris area. **Patience** is key to this role but also the ability to be **flexible** and help support in a way that encourages **positivity** and **independence** whilst understanding **safety, health** and **emotions**. Working hours can vary however predominantly will be evenings and weekends with sleep ins also.

Previous experience is essential but free additional training is available.

This great opportunity comes with weekly pay, holiday pay and bonuses for friend referrals.
A current enhanced DBS and a clean UK driving license are preferable but not essential.
