**Role Responsibility**:
Selfridges have an exciting opportunity for someone obsessed with social media, content and looking to advance their career to join the Social team as Social Media Assistant. Working across Brand, Fashion, Beauty, Home and Food, this person must be organised, eager to learn and have a creative streak. You will be working within an exciting, fast-paced environment supporting the team to enable them to deliver a world-class social media strategy.

**As a Social Media Assistant you will...**
- Engage with our online community across Instagram on our brand account.
- Manage the scheduling of content across all social platforms, including the publishing of Instagram Stories
- General admin support for team, including calendar and asset management, sourcing UGC to the creation of trackable links
- Support team with content creation for Reels, Instagram Stories and TikToks
- Process invoices and updating of budget tracker
- Pulling ad hoc data and insights for team and supporting team with weekly and monthly reports
- Carrying out competitor analysis and keeping an eye on trends, reporting this back to the team
- Building relations with internal stakeholders and attend key meetings
- Leasing with internal stakeholders to source information for team
- Passionate about social media, content and all things fashion and beauty.
- Highly organised, able to multi-task with great attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft programs including Excel and PowerPoint
- Able to take direction well
- Confident and positive with solution-orientated outlook
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic Adobe Photoshop and video editing skills or willingness to learn
- Creative and have an eye for content
- Understanding of social landscapes and nuances for each channel
