**Position**:Sales Co-Ordinator

- **Contract**: Permanent, Full-Time
- (Mon-Fri, 37.5 hours per week)

**Job purpose**:

- To manage and grow relationships with a portfolio of existing customers by offering good customer service and effective project management.
- To co-ordinate briefs to internal departments to ensure that the customer’s expectations are met.
- To present quotations in a clear and concise manner ensuring that the information provided is accurate and meets the brief.
- To ensure that the customer’s delivery expectation are met and any issues or queries are communicated promptly.

**Primary d uties and responsibilities**:
- Project manage clients NPD briefs (new project developments) through the business from the initial estimate request (RFQ) right through the whole life cycle to delivery
**Responsibilities include**:

- Understanding the customers brief and producing an RFQ
- Liaise with the technical estimating department
- Follow up all quotations and ensure that feedback is logged on the system and shared with the ream where necessary
- Supply customer briefs and technical information to the business, in the form of product specifications and job cards with a high level of accuracy and detail
- Ensure that colour match information is correct and where applicable, approved by the customer
- Monitor delivery date and deadlines and ensure customer is kept informed

**Skills and experience**:

- Ideally educated to degree level, or equivalent experience in the print/packaging industry
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Experience of exceptional customer service
- Solid numeracy skills and commercial awareness
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- An ability to problem solve
- A pro-active and enthusiastic approach
- Experience of databases and MIS systems (ideally CERM) advantageous
- Good Project Management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
