**Job purpose**

To develop and manage all aspects of the company marketing strategy and customer journey. Ensuring that marketing initiatives stay relevant, deliver company growth, and drive continuous improvement. Owner of the company brand, image and it’s standing inthe marketplace.

**Keyresponsibilities**
- Develop and implement the company marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and deliver significant growth, in line with the sales strategy.
- Enhance the company reputation and raise awareness of our products through effective PR & communication in the media, including regular production of editorials, press releases, innovative products, and solutions.
- Collaborate and influence key stakeholders to identify opportunity and develop unique content - be the trail blazer of the print industry.
- Managing social media channels to enhance audience engagement and grow followers, planning and maintaining a media schedule.
- Generate MQL’s leads for the sales team and record on the system.
- Ensure all sales collateral is relevant to customer and prospects and is up to date.
- Conduct market research to spot trends and help inform future marketing strategy for example, through customer surveys to gather customer insight that will allow our client to drive differentiation versus our competitors and deliver exceptional customerservice.
- Tracking marketing performance, analyse data and campaign results to provide insights to the senior team, make recommendations for improvement and make sure the correct mediums are being used and campaigns are effective.
- Keep abreast with industry changes and monitor competitors’ activities, assessing for opportunities for differentiation.
- Create and maintain a customer journey / customer value proposition by market segment
- Organise and attend live events and exhibitions throughout the year, ensuring any leads are captured and recorded in CRM for sales to follow up.
- Manage and develop the Company website ensuring that the content is relevant for our customers and prospects.
- Manage & own all aspects of marketing content both internal & external.
- Organising photo/film shoots and managing the company image library.
- Strong understanding of company products as well as business position and competition to keep business competitive.
- Developing relationships with key stakeholders both internal and external.
- Drive company sustainability initiatives.

**Person Specification**
- Enthusiastic, highly motivated, and self-driven & collaborative.
- Creative edge with an eye for detail.
- Strategic thinker and able to lead on key initiatives.
- Organised and able to meet deadlines.
- Commercial awareness and business acumen.
- Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.

**Key skills/experience**
- Marketing/Communications experience required in B2B field.
- Experience using HubSpot advantageous (or other CRM platforms)
- Demonstrable experience in campaign management across multiple channels, including digital and social media.
- Proven analytical skills in evaluating marketing campaigns, identifying trends, and using them to accelerate business growth.
- A solid understanding and passion for the relationship between Sales and Marketing is essential.
- Marketing qualification or Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) would be an advantage but not essential.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
