**The Crown Is Yours**:
We're seeking a Senior Sports Trader who has a passion for sports, strong analytical skills, and the ability to identify pricing inefficiencies and areas to develop across our betting products. In this role, you'll be part of a team responsible for delivering the day's prematch and futures MLB content, analyzing key sport-level performance metrics and facilitate new and improved betting opportunities for our customers. You will also work with the in-line manager to support third-party suppliers and partners to deliver a targeted and relevant sportsbook product for our customers.

**What you'll do as a Senior Sports Trader**:

- Deliver personal KPIs and ensure performance is aligned with overall company targets.
- Investigate and propose ways to work more efficiently and implement new ideas.
- Assume full accountability for content management across all channels, ensuring alignment with commercial parameters.
- Execute the business strategy across compilation, price management, and prematch trading for relevant US Sports within a compliant framework.
- Liaise with other trading teams to ensure smooth cooperation of the day-to-day job.
- Ensure a strong understanding of and adherence to your compliance responsibilities.

**What you'll bring**:

- Bachelor's degree, preferably with a mathematical focus, will be considered an asset.
- At least one year of experience in a similar role is required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a deep knowledge of and passion for sports betting.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate critical business information quickly and effectively.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English is required. Additional languages will be considered an asset.
