CRS are currenlty assisting our client in sourcing a Payroll Cooridinator to join the team on a full time permanent basis.

The divisions employ approximately 200 experienced personnel across multi disciplines, primarily within the Oil & Gas and Renewables Sectors.

Payroll coordinator will be the first point of contact for all payroll related queries, whilst maintaining responsibility for the start to finish processing and reviewing of the company’s payroll(s).

**Duties for Payroll Coordinator**:

- Collating variable data from numerous sources on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Review and collate weekly timesheets and verify to ensure accurate completion.
- Checking all payroll related information for accuracy.
- Employee benefits administration if required.
- Administering payroll data into the company’s payroll system.
- Processing payroll changes and updates, including but not limited to; hours of work, additional earnings, tax deductions, holidays, employee benefits, new hire / leaver details, salary updates etc...
- Preparing the pre-update reports; Payment Summary(s) and Payslips
- Preparing the Full Payment Submission and (EPS) as required.
- Ensuring all data is managed and in accordance with DPR (GDPR).
- Processing statutory payments - Statutory Sick Pay, Statutory Maternity Pay, PAYE and National Insurance etc
- Calculate and process holiday pay as necessary.
- Process annual P11D data for UK submissions.
- Process appropriate pension amendments, ensuring compliance.
- End of Year processing and reconciliations including end of year RTI submissions and issuing of P60’s.
- Maintain monthly and quarterly payroll accruals.
- E-banking upload from payroll system to banking system.
- Payroll reports for management and auditing purposes as necessary.
- Assist with audits and finance queries as necessary.
- Respond to queries in relation to timesheets, payslips and other payroll matters as required.
- Payroll processes are kept up to date / compliant with national laws and regulations.
- Work closely with Human Resources.

**Our ideal Payroll Coordinator will have**:
Degree in accounting / finance, or sufficient relevant experience.

Previous experience within a similar role, with an in-depth knowledge of UK payroll legislation.

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel knowledge is advantageous).

Experience in multi-entity payroll processing.

Experienced in the use of **Sage Payroll** is preferred but not essential.

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A keen eye for detail and accuracy and strong numeracy skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
