For this role, it is essential that you are willing to be in the Brighton office 2 days a week. Other than this, they are flexible and encourage working from home.

**THE COMPANY**

Coming through a growth period, this company are looking for their next Senior Customer Analyst to help them make the most out of their opportunity in a growing market, solidifying their market position and advance the knowledge of their customer base.

As part of their success story, the successful Senior Customer Analyst will be delivering actionable insights that have a high impact on the company, fuelling key business decisions. A large part of this role will be looking to understand how the right datacan be innovatively used to drive growth and improve customer decision making by delivering accurate recommendations.

**THE ROLE**

As a Senior Customer Analyst in this company you be faced with an exciting opportunity to learn advanced analytics on the job using tools like Python. Your role will involve creating compelling narratives that communicate the value that the technology brings,whilst identifying how to improve customer interaction and behaviour.

More specifically, you can expect to be doing the following;
- Utilising extensive datasets within a data warehouse to understand key performance, providing excellent narratives using visualisation such as Tableau, Power BI or Looker
- Voicing your findings to a non-technical audience
- Communicating with stakeholders at all levels
- Communicating and delivering actionable insights cross-functionally
- Delivering insights that drive key business decisions
- Learning and utilising statistical modelling and testing techniques

**YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**

The successful Senior Customer Analyst will have the following skills and experience:

- Significant experience in analysing customer data and delivering actionable insights in a commercial environment
- Experience discussing data and insights in a clear and professional manor to non-technical audiences
- Excellent working knowledge using SQL
- Experience maintain customer-based relationships from both a data and analytical perspective
- A good understanding of statistical testing/modelling techniques and how they are used in a commercial, business environment
- Ability to provide innovative solutions, whilst being able to identify opportunities and threats
- Strong visualisation skills with tools such as Tableau, Power BI or Looker
